Kristin Chenoweth Wears Evelyn H., Supreme, CHARRIOL and DeLatori in GENLUX Magazine

Broadway, television, and all-around performance extraordinaire Kristin Chenoweth was recently featured in the Winter 2012 issue of GENLUX Magazine – and while she typically takes on comedic roles, this spread was seriously gorgeous. With looks that seemed reminiscent of styles from the early 1960’s, Chenoweth wore the Carousel ring from evelynH. (she even tweeted directly to Evelyn, mentioning how much she loved the ring!), Supreme Jewelry’s 18K yellow gold, black rhodium and diamond earrings, a CHARRIOL ring and a bracelet by DeLatori.  Not only do we love her – we love her choice of accessories!

Erika Christensen wears Supreme Jewelry

A few of us here at LBG have a slight obsession with the family dynamic and relatable plotline’s of NBC’s “Parenthood” – we kind of wish we would have warned that we’d be crying our way through this season! While the show is known for a truly talented ensemble cast, Erika Christensen shined on her own at the G’Day USA Black Tie Gala.  We love how Erika paired a simple and effortless blue dress with Supreme Jewelry’s 18K yellow gold, black rhodium and diamond earrings!

Parenthood airs Tuesdays 10/9c

Evelyn H. in JCK Magazine

Recently featured in a full page of JCK Magazine, Evelyn H’s award-winning Oceans’ Lullaby ring boasts a 16.7 mm silver gray Tahitian pearl in 18K rose gold with pear-shaped blue moonstone cabochons and diamonds. The ring recently earned Evelyn the President's Award from the Cultured Pearl Association competition – and after seeing this masterpiece on a full page spread, we have no doubts this ring will be earning more accolades in the near future. Are you following Evelyn on Twitter?

Erica Courtney on InStyle Online

While here in Southern California we are impatiently awaiting the return of our beloved summer sun (we had a few days where the temperature hit 40 degrees and you would have thought it was the acopolyspe!), many northern cities are just getting into the middle of the winter months. Don’t let the winter blues get you down! Publications like InStyle are still providing you styling tips for your extended winter wardrobe, including their most recent “obsession” from Erica Courtney. The black jade, diamond and platinum earrings provide the perfect finishing touch to any monochromatic ensemble. Might as well look glam under all those sweaters and scarves!

Jewelers unBLOCKed in JCK Magazine

In the December/January issue of JCK, Patricia K. Low, CEO of jewelry insurance company Jewelers unBLOCKed, discusses Hurricane Sandy and its impact on the industry. It wasn’t just sales and businesses that were hit from the super storm – but individuals and their personal possessions as well. With a new year and a fresh start, we hope those affected are well on their way to recovery. Supreme Jewelry Featured in an In-depth JCK Article Online

As we get older, many of us often catch ourselves saying, “That sounds like something my parents would say.” While turning into our parents be a fear for some, Taleen Kiladjian, daughter of Jerry Kiladjian, owner and head designer of
Supreme Jewelry, has embraced her father’s profession – and has already become a force in the industry in her own right. Proving the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, Taleen’s masterful, one-of-a-kind watermelon tourmaline and diamond necklace was recently featured on JCK online. Taleen waited nearly two years to collect just the right assortment of stones – and the result is nothing short of breathtaking (click HERE to see actress Meagan Good recently wearing the necklace during promotions for her upcoming show, Deception). With seven unique stones in an array of red, purple and green hues, the necklace is a perfect transition piece from winter into spring – we can’t wait to see what Taleen designs next!

Tiffany Chou featured in the February issues of Teen Vogue and Lucky Magazine!

At this point in the early new year, it’s relatively tough to say what will leave it’s mark on 2013. While we can’t 100% guarantee anything when it comes to trends and fashion, we can easily say that if what has happened in January is any indication, Tiffany Chou is going to have one incredible year!

In the February issue of Teen Vogue, Tiffany’s November 1941 bangle was featured in a story about the recent collaboration of Liberty London and AG
Adriano Goldschmied. We are in love with Tiffany’s enameled jewelry – it looks so chic paired with blue on denim!
In their February issue, the Lucky editors chose three(!) Tiffany Chou pieces for their “Get Playful This Spring” story. Proving how truly versatile her pieces are, Tiffany’s accessories were paired with nautical stripes, a chic white blazer, and casual boyfriend jeans in a spread that had us itching for spring. Can we please, PLEASE pack away our coats?
Also, did you see Tiffany’s fabulous necklace on National Jeweler?

Meagan Good wears Supreme Jewelry and Lance Fischer during promotions for “Deception”

When you’re pitching like crazy, nothing takes the edge off the day like a great guilty pleasure TV show (hello, “Revenge”!) – and that’s why we are definitely setting our DVR’s to record NBC’s upcoming show, “Deception”. The show’s star Meagan Good wore Supreme Jewelry’s gorgeous slice necklace
featuring 18K white gold, blackened rhodium, 100 carats of rough cut tourmaline, 0.67 carats of rose cut diamonds and 4.67 carats of pave diamonds while doing press for the show.
Good also looked fab while wearing LANCE FISCHER’s Zultanite® "The Fates" earrings and "Summer Path" bracelet during appearances on the TODAY show and SiriusXM,
Deception airs on Mondays 10/9 Central.

VICENZAORO featured in National Jeweler

Here at LBG, we are busy, busy, busy, getting ready to head back to Italy for the VICENZAORO Winter Jewelry fair! Just a few months ago, we brought over (as part of an initiative with the show’s organizers Fiera di Vicenza) a large group of US Retailers to VICENZAORO, allowing them to scope out the latest trends and access designers they’ve never been able to encounter in the states. In about a week, LBG is heading back there- and we were so excited to see a mention of the show’s newest summit series in National Jeweler.
Roberto Ditri, president of Fiera di Vicenza will speak at the summit, as well as Swarovski executive board member Nadja Swarovski, Hamilton Jewelers owner and President Hank Siegel and designers Stephen Webster and Roberto Coin.

Ostbye, Jewelers unBLOCKed and Frank Proctor of Luxury Brand Group quoted on JCK Online

We love the start of a new year – new ideas, fresh energy and positive outlooks seem to be everywhere during January, and JCK turned to several experts in the jewelry field to hear what they think will be big in 2013. From insurance predictions from Jewelers unBLOCKed’s CEO Patricia K. Low, to what Ostbye president Craig MacBean thinks will be hot in color, to overall strategies for marketing and PR from our very own president and CEO, Frank Proctor, we can’t wait to see what 2013 will bring.

See below for quotes from Frank Proctor, Patricia K. Low, and Craig MacBean:

“Competition for the independent jewelry retailer will continue to grow as designer brand jewelry and timepiece storefronts will continue to open across the country forcing jewelry businesses to rethink their sales strategies and brand communications. Retailers must seek new and innovative product selections to set themselves apart—most importantly, discover new finds to offer their customers. If they don’t, others will. The Internet will continue to shape the world. Social networking and social engagement will continue to increase dramatically and force retailers to rethink their local consumer strategy and embrace the idea of worldwide consumers. Retailers will be forced to prospect beyond their local markets and trading areas.”—Frank Proctor, president and CEO, Luxury Brand Group

“On the heels of a huge natural disaster and many tragic events, it has reminded us that although we don’t have control over such events, the jewelry and luxury industries need to be prepared. In 2013, we are expecting to see an increased focus on safety, security, and protection.”—Patricia Low, president and CEO, Jewelers unBLOCKed Insurance

“Color will remain a hot point for 2013. Tangerine Tango was the hot color of 2012; the focal point of 2013 is balanced neutral colors with a splash of additional color. Sterling silver and 18k gold earrings and cocktail rings with a bold faceted stone add that spark and joy to any outfit.”—Craig MacBean, president, Ostbye
