Daniel Gibbings designs and handcrafts the 2012 Santa Barbara Film Festival American Riviera Award for Martin Scorsese

Proving that his creativity reaches beyond the gorgeous and unique jewelry pieces he is known for, designer Daniel Gibbings created the one-of-a-kind, handcrafted Riviera award for the 27th Santa Barbara Film International Festival – presented to famed director Martin Scorcese. It was the first year that the award, which recognizes an artist who has had a strong influence on American Cinema, was given to a director – and Gibbings’ design was as special as the occasion it was created for.
